Historically, Fortnite chapters tend to start off somewhat slowly in terms of events and story progress, but The Collision was so big that it may have given us enough action for a few seasons yet. Vibin’ quest have filled in a lot of background details about The Seven, while the Zero War comics have given us our first proper look at Geno and also given us some of the answers that we were waiting for.
However, just because there is no event for this season, it doesn’t mean that Season 3 has been a bust narratively. We may have to wait until the launch of Fortnite Paradise before we see the next Fortnite event. The next Fortnite event will take place at 9pm on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Operation: Sky Fire is the end of Fortnite Chapter. There have been no leaks to suggest an event will be happening in Season 3, either. After Fortnite’s Operation: Sky Fire event ended season 7 with a bang, the servers went down until Fortnite’s new season releases on Monday.

While Epic could technically surprise drop an update featuring the event files, there is nothing left in the most recent update that could make an event a reality. Unfortunately, there is no Fortnite: Chapter 3 – Season 3 event currently scheduled. The most recent one, The Collision, saw a giant mecha finally return to cast IO aside, but do we have a Season 3 event to look forward to?
